If you are not sure yet whether you want to use it or not then I would recommend to wait a couple of months until Microsoft solved such big issues.
Windows 11 still has major problems including performance issues on every single AMD CPU. Either something is interfering or the auto start was simply deleted by Windows during the upgrade, the latter is probably the most likely. Both the normal and high-priority mode still work fine during our Windows 11 tests. Try disabling the auto start and enabling it again.
